The Sales Community was designed by with the vision of bringing together Sales Professionals across industries from Romania and CEE to share experiences and knowledge of the profession to grow together and share sales best practices.

III. Sales Community Fees

Sales Community Memberships fees are invoiced on an yearly basis by 30 January or 30 August depending on which month is closer to the completion of one year since your first registration date. 

IV. Delivery and Cancellation Policy

The Sales Community Membership will be delivered via email. All members receive a notification with their Private credentials to access the Online Platform of the Community.

Premium membership payment via card can be cancelled only in 5 working days from the day of making the payment in written to for a full refund. In the event the client will not cancel in the first 5 working days the payment is validated and cannot be cancelled for any reason.

V. Warranties and Liability representatives undertake the responsibility to provide the services described in this form with professionalism and promptness, according to the obligations undertaken. representatives declare that they possess all the authorizations and accreditations necessary for performing its activity, issued by the relevant authorities in CEE. The Providers undertake to organize the event in proper conditions, according to the obligations undertaken by these terms and conditions, to provide the human and material resources, equipment, and other of the same kind taking into account the necessity of their existence. representatives reserve the right to cancel, re-arrange any allocated dates for Sales Community Events at any time and for any reason if they consider necessary. If this were the case, the Participant will be notified with immediate effect. The Participant has the option to reschedule the Sales Community Event or to receive a refund or credit note for the course fees paid to the Providers.

VI. Payment Terms

There are 2 options for payment: online via your card immediate or via bank transfer once you have received our invoice.

VII. Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright in and all other intellectual property rights relating to the study products (information, software, training material content, data and documentation) provided to Client are owned exclusively by and hereby reserved to and/or its party licensors. hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use products. Under no circumstances may the whole or any part of the materials be produced or copied in any form or by any means or translated into another language by the Client without the prior written permission of The Client shall not delete, amend, alter or deface any confidentiality or proprietary notices on the Course Materials.

VIII. Security

Personal possessions are the sole responsibility of the Participants and accepts no responsibility.

IX. Objectives
Salestrust will keep your personal account details within its systems with the sole purpose to inform you on its events and programmes, provide you with course materials, provide you with SMS reminders, monitor course and events attendance, courses performance, achievements and health and safety. It is also necessary to process information for the courses organised and legal obligations to sponsoring corporates to be complied with. To comply with the law, information must be collected and used fairly, stored safely and not disclosed to any other person unlawfully. To do this, Salestrust must comply with the Data Protection Principles, as set by the European Data Protection Legislation and the UK Law (Data Protection Act 1998). In summary these state that personal data shall: 

Be obtained and processed fairly and lawfully and shall not be processed unless the Community members are not giving their consent, which is the objective of the present agreement

Be obtained for a specified and lawful purpose and shall not be processed in any manner incompatible with that purpose. 

Be adequate, relevant and not excessive for those purposes. 

Be accurate and kept up to date. 

Not be kept longer than is necessary for that purpose. 

Be processed in accordance with the data subject’s rights. 

Be kept safe from unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction. 

Not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, unless that country has equivalent levels of protection for personal data. 

X. Measures
Salestrust and all its employees or others who process or use any of your personal information must ensure that they follow these principles at all times. In order to ensure that this happens, all Salestrust employees and partners must sign the Salestrust Data Protection Policy and Procedures.

XI. Appeals
All individual and/ or sponsoring companies within the Salestrust Community have the right to make an appeal to Salestrust as soon as they discover or believe that their personal data is used inappropriately or abused. According to Salestrust procedure this matter will be solved within 72h. Appeals must be made via email at with the specific requirement of return receipt form Salestrust.
